Navigating the Console

Learn how to navigate Control Bridge efficiently and find the features you need.

Overview

The Admin Console uses a clean, responsive layout designed for productivity. The interface features modern glassmorphism styling, smooth animations, and real-time activity indicators that keep you informed about system operations. The console is organized into three main areas:

  • Operations Hub - Day-to-day monitoring and action tasks
  • Configuration Hub - Setup and configuration of agents, tools, and integrations
  • System Admin - Account management and access control
  • Support Center - Get help, submit tickets, and receive system notifications

Layout Structure

Real-time Activity Indicators

The Control Bridge interface provides real-time visual feedback about system activity:

Activity Pulse Dots

Small colored dots appear next to agents, mailboxes, and other components to show their current status:

IndicatorMeaning
Green dot (static)Component is ready and idle
Green dot (pulsing)Currently processing (agent running, sync in progress)
Amber dot (pulsing)Processing with warnings or retrying
Red dotError or requires attention
Gray dotDisabled or disconnected

Live Counters

The Home dashboard displays live counters that update automatically:

  • Emails processed today - Increments in real-time as agents handle messages
  • Active executions - Shows how many agents are currently running
  • Pending approvals - Count of items waiting for review

These counters animate smoothly when values change, giving you confidence that the system is actively working.

Connection Status

A small indicator in the header shows your real-time connection status:

  • Connected - Real-time updates are flowing
  • Reconnecting - Temporarily disconnected, attempting to restore
  • Disconnected - Check your network connection

Streaming Execution Logs

When viewing execution details, logs stream in real-time as the agent processes:

  • New entries animate into view automatically
  • Auto-scroll follows new entries unless you scroll up
  • Click entries to expand and view detailed information
  • Timestamps show relative times ("2 mins ago") and update automatically
